S M Nurul Alam Rezvi is one of the founding directors of Walton Group and a distinguished industrial entrepreneur whose visionary leadership has played a pivotal role in transforming Walton into Bangladesh's largest and most trusted electrical and electronics brand. Born on 5 April 1958 into a renowned business family, he has dedicated his career to advancing the country's manufacturing sector through innovation, technological excellence, and sustainable industrial development.

Mr. Rezvi previously served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC. from 15 May 2018 to 14 October 2023, having earlier held the same position from 17 April 2006 to 13 April 2008. He currently serves as the Vice Chairman of Walton Group, while also holding several strategic leadership positions across the Group’s business. With an academic background in science, Mr. Rezvi has consistently championed the integration of technology, engineering excellence, and innovation into industrial operations. Throughout his career, he has actively encouraged the transfer of technical knowledge to engineers and professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning, research, and technological advancement.
