S M Shamsul Alam, the founding Managing Director and subsequently acted as the Chairman of Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC., was born on 17th August 1963 in a reputed family in the district of Tangail. After completion of his graduation, he planned to advance his family business along with his elder brother. At one stage of their ancestral business, he encouraged all of his brothers toward manufacturing of Electrical & Electronics (E&E) items like Refrigerator and allied products that subsequently led them to establish a factory at Chandra, Kaliakoir, Gazipur. This prudent and versatile business icon having vast knowledge on business never feel hesitation to face any challenge whatever it be. His only visionary dream was to move Bangladesh ahead in the field of Engineering & Cutting -Edge Technology through product diversification and innovation. As a part of transforming his dream into reality, he has not confined himself to only manufacturing of initial product Refrigerator and Air conditioner, in the meantime his beloved concern has undertaken to produce various types of Home Appliance, Fan, Cable, Switch- Socket, LED Light and Elevator/Lift under his leadership. Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC is the only company in Bangladesh manufacturing all types of Elevators under the direct supervision of S M Shamsul Alam by grabbing a lion market share of this sector within a short span of time. By now, he is visualizing to manufacture Automobiles and various luxurious Furniture products under the umbrella of Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC. A few business peoples have attained the level of success that Mr. Alam has achieved with his captivating strategies, farsightedness and extraordinary insight into business. His overarching business principles are always inclusive but not PLC to a certain number of factors like emphasizing on quality, growth, smart risk-taking, technical knowledge and transcending bottlenecks. He is unique in the fact that collides with a hard-to-reach balance of achieving incredible success for the organization without ever compromising with morality. With his inspiration and great decision making ability having focuses on high-speed, automatic and technically sophisticated equipment, Walton has rapidly expanded manufacturing facilities. Apart from the above, he is also meticulous to ensure high-quality raw materials and environmental safety. As a part of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), he is planning to establish a Trust in the name of “Mahbub Alam Mridul Trust”. Under the Trust, he is planning to provide free food, free education, free medical facilities for the underprivileged people of the society. S M Ashraful Alam is such a person who believes & determines the changes always. A meritorious, hard working, creative and imaginary man, Mr. Alam, who is leading the foundation of the today’s fast-growing Electrical & Electronics (E&E) manufacturing sector in Bangladesh. His passion is to play with technology. Mr. Alam, one of the visionary founder Director of Walton Hi-Tech Industries Limited and its immediate past Managing Director, was born on 2nd July, 1965. He has completed graduation & post-graduation from the University of Rajshahi in 1986 & 1987 respectively and then joined in his family business of Electrical & Electronics (E&E) industry with a boundless dream to transform Bangladesh technologically and empower the people through introducing cutting-edge technology in the country. To make his dream come true through availing his long working experience gathered from the Electrical & Electronics (E&E) business, Mr. Alam has established, along with his brothers, the country’s first ever Refrigerator manufacturing plant in 2006. Since then he has been instrumental in achieving self-sufficiency in Refrigerator production with a strong emphasis on quality improvements to meet the international standards required for both domestic and global market to drive wider introduction of Bangladeshi Electrical & Electronics (E&E) products in the world. He has significant contribution in the advancement of manufacturing of Electrical & Electronics (E&E) products in the country, which was once solely import dependent. His business strategy and endeavor to expand into various vertical integrations have largely diversified the business of Electrical & Electronics (E&E) products resulting in Walton as one of the largest revenue generating organizations in Bangladesh. He has played a key role in popularizing the use of Refrigerators in Bangladesh through developing the Electrical & Electronics (E&E) products suitable for our climate and within the purchasing power of the mass people of our country. As a part of product diversification, Walton has started to manufacture Air Conditioner (AC) in 2011 by establishing self-testing facilities with well-equipped air enthalpy psychometric testing lab. Already, Walton has turned into the role model in establishing an advanced Hi-Tech products’ manufacturing industry with the state-of-the-art technologies in Bangladesh. Mr. Alam dreams to make Walton a globally well established brand by 2024 and represent Bangladesh as a technologically competent country to the world. With this strive under his leadership, Walton has enlisted Bangladesh in the honorary list of Compressor manufacturers as the 15th in the world, 8th in Asia as well as 2nd in SAARC by establishing the first ever Compressor manufacturing plant in the country.

Being a visionary leader and an influential business pioneer, he has driven Walton to become a global brand through his innovative leadership. S M Mahbubul Alam’s devout dedication, integrity, and visionary leadership have led him to take on the role of Managing Director at Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC. He started his journey with Walton as a founding director and played a pivotal role in the company's initial development and rapid expansion. Over the years, his innovative and collaborative approach and relentless pursuit of excellence have been instrumental in Walton's transformation into a global brand. His contributions in introducing advanced technologies and eco-friendly solutions have positioned Walton as a leader in the electronics and appliances industry, driving its growth within Bangladesh and beyond. Mr. Alam graduated and earned his postgraduate degrees from the University of Rajshahi in 1987 and 1988, respectively. His leadership has led to significant advancements in the electronics industry, introducing premium-grade air conditioners with eco-friendly and energy-efficient features like frost cleaning, UV care, smart control, and Bangla voice control. His strategic decisions have enabled Walton to achieve international standards and certifications, expanding its footprint to multiple countries. Under his leadership, Walton and UNDP collaborated to integrate HFC and CFC-free R600a refrigerants in air conditioners. His strategies also led Walton to manufacture Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) air conditioners, making Bangladesh the 9th country to do so. He pioneered the largest mold and die production facility in Bangladesh, meeting in-house & external manufacturing demands for various products. Under his supervision, Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC. was listed on the Dhaka and Chittagong Stock Exchanges in 2020. Mr. Alam has significantly enhanced the company's financial performance while promoting the tagline ‘Made in Bangladesh’ worldwide. He is not only known for his business acumen but also for his creative talents. Beyond the boardroom, he is an avid lyricist, composer, and poet, with his works available under the name "Khalid Sangeet." His artistic endeavors have contributed to Walton's marketing campaigns, blending creativity with corporate strategy to elevate the brand's identity globally. Moreover, he values Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), promoting social awareness programs, sports, cultural activities, and environmental protection programs. He is also an advisor and patron of the “Amra Vejal Mukto Khaddyo Chai,” a non-profit organization.

S M Nurul Alam Rezvi is the Chairman of Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC. who took over the responsibility from his father S M Nazrul Islam. Mr. Rezvi was born on 5th April, 1958 in a renowned business family. He studied in science and applied his knowledge throughout the business from which Bangladesh is being benefited. He always tries to convey technical know-how to the Engineers to make better and sustainable development of Bangladesh. His dynamism, leadership, commitment, sincerity, vision and farsightedness have placed Walton as the largest & most popular Electrical & Electronics (E&E) Brand in Bangladesh. He also believes that one day Walton Brand will be one of the top Brands in the world. Mr. Rezvi is not only a true dreamer but also a person full of knowledge, wisdom and proficiency in innovating new technologies. He believes that “the dream is not only a dream when you perceive in sleep; the real dream is when you can’t sleep for it”. He is the person who dreams one day nobody in Bangladesh would be unemployed and no talent would be migrated to build other countries. All Bangladeshi talent together will build Bangladesh better one day. S M Rezaul Alam, one of the founder Director of Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC., was born on 3rd April, 1973. After completion of higher education, he joined family business like his elder brothers. He has got an opportunity to learn the basic of business from very early age which facilitated him in the endeavors for being a complete businessman. He stayed at Chattogram from 1996 to 2001 for business purpose and expanded their family business with new dimension on that area. He can’t just be defined as a business leader but a true compassionate dreamer who dreams for those who doesn’t have a dream of their own. He has significant contribution in the advancement of business automation of Electrical & Electronics (E&E) products in Walton Group, which was once manually operated. His business strategy and endeavor for making production, R&I, inventory & purchase data and information software oriented, made all the works more productive and optimized. As a true dreamer, Mr. S M Rezaul Alam has started an IT related business in 2015. His endless effort in Computer/IoT device manufacturing under Walton Brand opens a new era in Bangladesh. Walton Laptop & Desktop, Accessories and Mobile Phone is the product of Walton Digi-Tech Industries PLC., which would play a vital role in IT sector in Bangladesh. Recently he has initiated the process to produce Computer Peripheral & Digital Devices along with Software, Surveillance products, E-Bike and other components for all types of IoT devices. Mr. S M Rezaul Alam also played a key role in achieving success of the long-cherished dream of making Bangladesh as the major producer of IT related products. His humble background and the struggle that he had to endure to attain success have made him a man of action and empathy.

After completing graduation in Business Administration from a reputed University, Mr. Ovee joined the family business with his ancestors. As a young & dynamic Director of the organization, he is playing a vital role in maintaining the trend to build sustainable development for the prolific digitalization in Bangladesh to keep pace with the changing world. As a great visionary young leader, Mr. Ovee brought such excellence in the Cellular Phone Industry in Bangladesh that nobody even dares to do so. Being young & energetic, he is always ahead to attain the objectives rapidly for making Bangladesh digitalized. Presently he is the pioneer and only one leader of comprehensive Cellular Phone designing & manufacturing. He is also contributing for establishing the backward linkage and semi-finished goods for the mobile industry of our country. After completing her graduation in Business Administration (major in Finance) from Independent University of Bangladesh, Ms. Afrose joined their family business of Electrical & Electronics (E&E) products.

After completing her graduation in Business Administration (major in Finance) from Independent University of Bangladesh, Ms. Afrose joined their family business of Electrical & Electronics (E&E) products. She is a visionary dreamer for making peoples’ lifestyle too much easier in hectic schedule by introducing latest technology. After joining business, Ms. Afrose planned to do something different for the society as well as for the globe. As a part of her plan, she wanted to change the tradition of washing clothes with people own hands. It was a very troublesome process to clean such things. She has significant contribution to develop cost effective, energy saving and eco-friendly Washing Machine, which is considerably easy to wash clothes. Earlier, Bangladesh was only depended on import of Washing Machine and the market place of such item was only Dhaka and Chattogram. The price level of such products was not within the reach of middle class or lower middle-class people. Now, it is no more a luxurious item. Ms. Afrose played a key role in popularizing the use of Washing Machine in the country through developing the products suitable for our climate and within the purchasing capability of mass people. A washing machine plays an essential role in our home to clean our clothes in a hygienic way and also save our valuable time. Under the leadership of Ms. Afrose, the local production of Washing Machine blown out and customers are getting high quality modern technology-based products at affordable competitive prices. She is working for establishing Walton’s strong footing both in domestic and global market. Ms. Afrose is aware of the Global Warming, Climates and Natural Environments. These are changing quicker than wildlife or people can adapt. So many of the world's biggest challenges, from poverty to wildlife extinction are made more difficult by climate change. As a part of social responsibility, she has also planned to work with renewable energy. As a first priority of the projects, she has started work on Water Purification Process. A dreamer in technology-based household Appliances, Ms. Afrose has also great interest in games & sports, social awareness program, Technical Education & Cultural Activities. She is patronizing those activities to make young people engage with the aim to keep them away from the negative impacts and misuse of technologies and social media.

Ms. Raisa Sigma Hima, the youngest Director of Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC., was born on 2nd April, 1994. After completing graduation in Business Administration from North South University, Ms. Raisa Sigma Hima joined their family business of Electrical & Electronics (E&E) products. She has intended to realize herself that in Bangladesh there are huge business opportunities in the Chemical sector. Having the opportunity in this sector she is getting developed herself as a pioneer and innovative entrepreneur. Thus, she desires to capture this sector by establishing consistent quality manufacturing facilities in Bangladesh. After joining their family business, Ms. Hima has emphasized on Research & Innovaion (R&I) of Chemical sector. She has significant contribution in the advancement of manufacturing of this sector in the country. At present, the Chemical sectors are mostly dependent on import but her dream is to be self-reliant on this sector by producing all types of Chemicals within the short span of time.
